The units shall be substantially equivalent in appearance, color, design, texture, materials, dimensions, and functionality to the existing units. a. The existing units are 48 niche (24 niche double sided), overall dimensions of 87.5”L x 29.5” W x 59”H. Additional dimensions shown in pictures. b. Any deviations in appearance, color, design, texture, materials, dimensions, and functionality shall be exhaustively documented on the bid form or in supporting documents. “See pictures”, “see spec sheet” or likewise references will not be considered adequate documentation of deviations unless the deviations are specifically denoted on the documents. Dimensions within two inches in length, one inch in height, and one inch in depth of existing will not be considered deviations. c. Documentation (such as pictures, rendering, etc) shall be provided showing examples of proposed design to visualize the units and exhibit any proposed deviations d. Material samples may be requested prior to award decision and/or prior to fabrication/installation. e. Photos are provided of the existing units in the attachments for reference (separate file on City’s bid website). f. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the existing site to observe the existing units in person
