The program will include three snacks and full meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. The goals and objectives of the contract resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to: • provide quality meal service to detained individuals and Corrections personnel; • ensure healthy quality food options; • maintain staffing levels that allow for preparation and meal service; • be responsible for all costs associated with supplies, food items, and products needed to deliver food; • establish reports to ensure accountability to Johnson County for services and staffing provided; and, • work both cooperatively and collaboratively with Johnson County Department of Corrections toward the common goal of quality food service delivery
