The contractor will be required to provide all necessary tools, equipment, and manpower to complete a number of property maintenance related tasks during the forced clearance of the properties that will improve the aesthetics of the community by removal of solid waste debris from the site, including, but not limited to removal of: • Limbs/branches, leaves, brush; • Lumber, wire, metal, tires, concrete, masonry products, paper, plastic products, supplies, equipment, machinery, auto parts, junk or refuse; • Furniture, stoves, refrigerators, televisions, sinks, bicycles, lawn mowers, or other household items or personal property; • Nauseous substances, carcasses of dead animals or places where animals are kept in an offensive manner; • Garbage or trash.
