The Successful Bidder is expected to: • Engage with ESOs and ecosystem stakeholders through surveys, interviews, and workshops. • Design and implement the ESO Toolkit, training sessions, and mentorship programs. • Develop and deploy the Maturity Model Matrix to guide ESO progression and impact measurement. • Coordinate the Ecosystem Collective Impact Action Plan for ecosystem-wide improvements. • Develop and facilitate four (4) in-person ESO engagement events. • Provide marketing communications support for ESO outreach and engagement strategies. • Identify and support upcoming events where KESBO should engage with the ecosystem. • Collect and analyze data to measure project outcomes. • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies, ESOs, and private-sector partners. • Provide regular progress updates to KESBO leadership.
