Johnson County and its associated entities are seeking proposals for a modern, integrated, and online Permitting, Licensing, and Planning software solution. The primary goal is to make it easier for the public and businesses to interact with the County by streamlining development services, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and improving process efficiencies. The new system must be a solution capable of supporting permitting, licensing, and planning processes for five or more Johnson County Departments/Agencies/Offices (DAOs). This is a replacement project to consolidate and improve fragmented or manual existing systems and provide an opportunity for external agencies to use the system in the future. The solution must deliver a user-friendly experience for both customers and staff.
