Contractor shall supply all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove all asphalt shingles, underlayment, vents, flashing, and drip edge and replace with all new materials. Contractor shall start work only after all materials are procured and on site or in the contractor’s possession. Contractor shall remove old gutters and downspouts and replace with new gutter and downspouts. Gutters shall be 6" prefinished metal box gutter with 6" X 6" prefinished downspouts. Color for both roof and trim as selected by owner from manufacture. Standard PVDF KYNAR 500 finish. Store roofing materials in a dry, well-ventilated, weathertight location according to asphalt shingle manufacturer's written instructions. Store underlayment rolls on end on pallets or other raised surfaces. Do not double stack rolls.
