The Electrical Service Contractor will supplement the Kansas State Fair electrical department to insure that all electrical and related maintenance requirements are supplied in a timely, safe and efficient manner, meeting the most current National Electric Code Specifications. Contractor will work under the supervision of the Kansas State Fair Physical Plant Manager and the Kansas State Fair Electrician, as determined by the Physical Plant Manager, for the job/project. 2. The Electrical Service Contractor will operate and staff the State Fair electrical shop from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, under the supervision of the Kansas State Fair Electrician, during the Base Contract Period. Daily closing time may fluctuate upon consultation with the Fair’s Physical Plant Manager). Contractor is required to answer service calls and maintain accurate records during this time. 3. Any work other than normal services and repairs during the Base Contract Period, and all work done prior to, or after the Base Contract Period, will only be done with the approval of the Kansas State Fair and after issuance of a completed purchase/work order voucher. 4. Contractor will be required to answer any service call with adequate service equipment and employees within thirty (30) minutes of notification
