Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the policy of the KDOC to provide high quality, market-relevant adult, special and higher education programs and services at every correctional facility. The KDOC intends to enter a series of contracts and collaborative partnerships throughout the state for the delivery of these programs and services. Applicants may bid on any or all sites, or on any or all pieces of the services and programs by sites. Applications will be reviewed for consistency with the KDOC Mission, Partnering to Promote Safety and Responsibility through Best Practices; KDOC Vision, Transforming Lives for the Safety of All; and core values, Investing in Individuals, Creating an Environment for Change and Well-Being, Enhancing and Maximizing Communication, Fostering Dignity and Safety and Engaging and Strengthening Our Partnerships.
