Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Homeless Assistance Winter Shelter services under the Emergency Solutions Grant program. The total amount of anticipated funding available is $200,000 through ESG CARES. Homeless Assistance funds can be used to improve the number and quality of emergency shelters for homeless individuals and families, help operate these shelters, and to provide essential services to shelter residents. Program Performance Period for Winter Shelter activities solicited from this RFP shall begin on or before December 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. The start date will depend on when City Council can make final approval of any awarded contract(s) for this solicitation, but it is anticipated to be late November at the earliest. Applicants are welcome to propose partnership collaborations with other entities in order to meet the project requirements listed below. There will be no match requirement under the agreement(s) that result from this solicitation.
