Specifications include, but are not limited to: Frame out walls noted in red with metal studs (approximately 17’) Cut in/frame door opening noted in purple and install door matching existing doors Door to include access control options matching existing doors Frame/fur out walls noted in blue with metal studs (approximately 78’) Framing to include structural members for ease of future expansion Frame/fur out three metal support columns with finish Install 20-amp NEMA receptacles in the following locations: Along all walls per local code, Along both sides of the red wall, One double receptacle in general storage room tied to the emergency generator panel. Sheetrock/Gypsum board all four walls and columns noted in red, yellow, and blue. Finish walls to a smooth finish with grey paint to match upstairs hallways. Approximately 156’ feet of total wall length Install ceiling tile grid system with tile matching existing Install LED motion sensor lighting. Split current lighting schedule into two rooms. Ensure adequate lighting in newly created room to the East of the red wall (existing lighting can be reused.) Install approximately 8’ of cabinetry with small sink to form a small kitchenette, noted in green. Use existing plumbing drain in wall and tie into existing water lines in ceiling. Temperature controls (already installed) shall be placed in the West side of the red wall. Drop existing smoke alarm to the ceiling grid per local code.
