Sheetrock/Gypsum board all four walls and columns noted in red, yellow, and blue. Finish walls to a smooth finish with grey paint to match upstairs hallways. Approximately 156’ feet of total wall length Install ceiling tile grid system with tile matching existing Install LED motion sensor lighting. Split current lighting schedule into two rooms. Ensure adequate lighting in newly created room to the East of the red wall (existing lighting can be reused.) Install approximately 8’ of cabinetry with small sink to form a small kitchenette, noted in green. Use existing plumbing drain in wall and tie into existing water lines in ceiling. Temperature controls (already installed) shall be placed in the West side of the red wall. Drop existing smoke alarm to the ceiling grid per local code. Drop existing sprinkler heads to ceiling grid per local code. Extend existing HVAC ductwork to ceiling grid system to match existing. Install carpet and cove base to match existing in building
