a. Contractor will ensure any professionals providing dental service which requires a license remain active by the Kansas Dental Board and immediately report to Larned State Hospital (LSH) any changes to the aforementioned license. b. Contractor will pass all security clearance checks prior to implementation of services. c. Contractor will have malpractice insurance in place prior to implementation of services and will immediately report to LSH any changes in coverage. d. Contractor will provide general dentistry services for patients/residents of LSH, including but not limited to those listed in billable services. e. Contractor will provide no more than 16 hours of services per week in LSH' s Dental Clinic, as needed, with up to 1 dentist and 2 assistant staff (Hygienists or non-Hygienist). All dental clinic service scheduling will be handled by LSH with advisement and needs provided by the contractor for the structure of the scheduling. Any changes to specific dates and times for providing this service shall be established through agreement between the Contractor and LSH Medical Services Department.
