Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor, in collaboration with KDOC and the KDOCs supportive housing partners, shall: a. Conduct a cost benefits analysis on an ongoing basis, with semi-annual update reports on the individual participants in supportive housing, comparing costs for services from all sectors before and after participating in supportive housing to help determine whether this model is cost-efficient. b. Track data regarding service usage, demographics and risk/need factors, and activity as a participant receiving supportive housing services c. Provide draft data reports quarterly for the United States Department of Justice for funds expended for Wyandotte County participants so long as grant funds last under the Second Chance Act grant that initially funded the program in Wyandotte County d. Provide input and participate in strategic planning related to goals of the supportive housing initiative, and review/analysis of data to assess progress on these goals e. Work with KDOC and partners to ensure data is tracked and reviewed and that quality assurance is done regarding data f. Take all steps necessary for the evaluation and cost-benefit-analysis of the supportive housing project g. Prepare annually or otherwise as needed for specific funders or policy makers, the findings, summaries and presentations for use in educating, informing, and gaining support for sustaining and replicating supportive housing. h. Participate in quarterly planning meetings with the work and policy groups supporting each of these programs.
