The selected firm will perform a detailed evaluation of the Downtown WTP, including but not limited to the following components: 1. Infrastructure and Compliance Review: • Assess compliance with current regulations and anticipated regulatory impacts. • Review infrastructure's capacity to meet evolving safety standards and environmental objectives. 2. Process and Equipment Evaluation: • Assess current treatment processes and equipment for efficiency and performance. • Identify technologies and methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness and accommodate future demands, with consideration of capabilities for handling emerging contaminants and anticipation of future areas of concern. 3. Strategic Recommendations and Cost Analysis: • Develop actionable recommendations for process improvements and equipment upgrades, including financial viability and cost estimates. • Align recommendations with the city's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) to facilitate strategic investment decisions. 4. Implementation Planning: • Outline an implementation plan aligned with operational and financial priorities.
