Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary role of the Commissioning Authority (CA) is to ensure that the Owner’s project requirements developed during the planning phase are achieved through the design, construction, and operation of the facility. The project is currently in Design Development phase. The Owner has elected to construct this facility in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) guidelines as defined in the LEED v4 reference guide. The design intent of the project is to meet the Fundamental level of certification. The commissioning process will require the commissioning agent to provide all documentation required by the USGBC to support these two elements of LEED v4; the project will be submitted to USGBC for Silver certification.
