Specifications include, but are not limited to: Classroom and event scheduling specifications • Provide a unified process for university room and event scheduling. o This should be a common platform that supports multiple campus locations to manage building/room schedules and to manage events. o It should improve efficiency in Academic classroom scheduling. o It should improve efficiency in our event scheduling process. • Scheduling software needs to be cloud-based solution, both hosted and managed by the vendor. • System must provide high availability so as to ensure minimal downtime. Eg. 99.9% up-time guarantee. • Technical support should be provided by the vendor for the length of the contract. • There must be a high level of availability for technical support, particularly during the testing/start-up phase. • Vendor will provide and implement any product software patches/updates, as well as assist with any implementation issues
