Community Center Window Scope: Removal of 13 total openings o 35 windows located in the lower level of the Community Center o 1 door Install while aluminum frame window system to exactly match existing windows on the upper level of the Community Center. Install new door and closer on the South entrance of the lower level of the Community Center. o Re-use existing electrical components for ADA auto open/close system. o Remove and replace exterior wall at South entry. Paint color TBD by staff. Material used shall be fiber cement or comparable. Glass for windows and door to match the new upper-level windows and doors. o Matched material and tint. Caulk and seal each opening. Protect floors and adjacent walls. Remove and replace binds. Remove and re-install existing ceiling tile and grid as needed to install system. Paint existing steel lintels. Protect existing landscaping as needed. Remove debris & clean worksite. Interior sill to remain unless damaged during installation. Construction for the Community Center Windows must take place between the following dates: Monday, August 4, 2025 – Friday, August 29, 2025 OR Monday, September 8, 2025 – Friday, September 26, 2025 B. Aquatic Park Roof Scope: slope 7/12 Remove existing layer of shingles and replace with asphalt architecture style shingles with synthetic underlayment. Remove and replace approx. 400 linear feet of flashing style D Remove and replace pipe flashing Remove and replace turbine vents Install ice/weather shield (remove old if needed) C. South Park Roof Scope: slope 6/12 Remove existing layer of shingles and replace with asphalt architecture style shingles with synthetic underlayment.
