2.2 The general objectives of this Solicitation are: A. Provide a comprehensive competitively solicited and awarded Master Agreement offering Products and Services covered by this Solicitation to Participating Public Agencies. B. Establish the Master Agreement as the Offeror’s primary offering to Participating Public Agencies; C. Achieve cost savings for Offerors and Participating Public Agencies through a single competitive solicitation process that reduces the Offeror’s need to respond to multiple solicitations and Public Agencies’ need to conduct their own solicitation process; and D. Combine the aggregate purchasing volumes of Participating Public Agencies to achieve cost effective pricing. 2.3 The intent of this Solicitation is to establish a Contract or Contracts to deliver, install, and service the broadest possible selection of products and services to meet the diverse needs of Participating Public Agencies. Manufacturers shall provide pricing in the format requested and various options listed in the Supplier Pricing Forms. All pricing shall be in the format requested (e.g. discount off of manufacture's list price, hourly rates, etc.). Manufacturers shall also exemplify their ability to support a nationwide Contract through their network of Dealers with the Products and Services specified herein. 2.4 Respondents may have varying offerings based on their specific business. Please include a complete and comprehensive catalog, and all capabilities and offerings, which may include but are not limited to the categories below. Respondents are not considered disqualified if one or more categories are not offered by the Respondent. Strength Training Equipment: racks and plate loaded, selectorized machines, benches, weight plates, bars, dumbbells, leg press, storage, and all other strength building equipment offered by the Manufacturer. Cardio Equipment: treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, arc trainers, rowers, and all other cardio equipment offered by the Manufacturer. Accessories and Related Products: dumbbells, mats, foam rollers, resistance bands, collars, and all other accessories and related products offered by the Manufacturer. Installation and Related Services including but not limited to: installation of equipment, training, consulting, design services and all other related services offered by the Manufacturers and their network of Dealers. 2.5 The general and technical specifications, together with the related information, drawings and any addenda, comprise the requirements for this Solicitation
