3.1 Vendor will deliver to the following locations to the walk in storage cooler a minimum of once per week during the school year excluding fall break, winter break, and spring break. See calendar here. a. Maize South High School, 3701 N. Tyler Rd. Wichita KS 67205 b. Maize High School, 11600 W. 45th St. N, Maize KS 67101 3.2 Vendor will provide and maintain at minimum 2 bottle/can drink coolers to each location. 3.3 Accepted vendor will provide 5 or more variety of bottled beverages, such as juice, soda, water, sports drinks and flavored water, that meet the Smarts Snacks in Schools Guidelines. Energy drinks will not be permitted. Estimated usage is 3390 cases, distributed as follows: a. Carbonated soda – 780 cases b. Bottled water – 1260 cases c. Bottled juices – 390 cases d. Sport Drinks – 990 cases 3.4 The SFA may at any time during the term of the Contract add or remove sites and/or products for programs covered by the Contract unless the addition or removal of sites creates a material or substantive Contract change
