3.1. FDA-approved. Software shall meet the most current American Heart Association (AHA) cardiopulmonary resuscitation requirements and shall be capable of being upgraded to future AHA requirements by the user. Bidder shall provide any software upgrades for the warranty life of the AED. 3.2. Minimum five (5) year warranty. 3.3. Unit must be semi-automatic or fully automatic operation. 3.4. Voice instructions/prompts to coach user through operation. 3.5. A LED display showing voice prompt messages. 3.6. Adult/Pediatric Defibrillation Electrode, two (2) per device. 3.7. Equipped with a drawing of electrode pad placement/visual prompts. 3.8. Capable of collecting data via internal memory recording events including at least first 15 minutes of event and log of all events and analysis decisions. Data shall be downloadable to PC by cable or infrared. Bidder shall provide the County with the mechanism/means to download collected data. 3.9. Equipped with a visual and audible indicator of service status. 3.10. Conduct self-testing of its operational status to include, at minimum: circuitry, pads, and batteries at least weekly. AED shall notify user of any issues via visual and audible service status indicator. 3.11. Come equipped with a set of pads with a shelf life of two (2) years minimum from installation. Pads must be labeled with expiration date. 3.12. Pads shall be self-checking and pre-connected to defibrillator. 3.13. Include lithium batteries operationally warranted for a minimum of two (2 years from the date of installation. 3.14. Operator’s Guide. 3.15. Non-proprietary wall mounted cabinet 3.16.
