Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.Contractor must provide, on-site at DDS, a guard fit for duty during the following hours: Monday through Friday:5:45 A.M. through 6:00 P.M. (except State holidays). Any variation of these hours on any day must be pre-approved with DDS. Contractor must have sufficient staff to provide a backup guard in the event of an absence ofprimary guard.4.2.Contractor's guard shall open the building at 5:45 a.m. and close it at 6:00 p.m. on regular business days(Monday through Friday, holidays excepted).State Holidays: New Year’s DayMartin Luther King DayMemorial DayIndependence DayLabor DayVeterans DayThanksgiving DayChristmas Day4.3.ContractorshalldedicateaguardexclusivelytotheDDSsite.Contractor’sguardwillremain at the Security desklocated in the DDS foyer, unless required to be away in order to perform the service identified within thesespecifications.
