The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking competitive bids for AS-1 in conformance with KDOT 2015 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Division 1100, Section 1113. The source(s) of AS-1 shall be declared by the bidder at the time of bidding. The tonnage to be delivered to each location is specified by county. The specifications of materials is the same for all locations listed in this bid event. 4.1. Smith County 1,500 Ton of AS-1 shall be delivered to the KDOT storage location (3148) approximately 1.5 miles east of the US-36/K-8 Junction in Smith County at Mile Marker 171 on US 36 highway. All material shall be delivered by no later than June 15, 2025. 4.2. Rooks County 1,500 Ton of AS-1 shall be delivered to the KDOT yard (3151) 1.0 mile west of the US183/K-18 junction in Plainville in Rooks County on K-18. All material shall be delivered by no later than June 15, 2025. 4.3. Graham County (Hill City) 500 Ton of AS-1 shall be delivered to the KDOT storage location (3314) in Graham County along US 24. The yard location is approximately 3.25 miles east of K283/US 24 junction in Graham County. All material shall be delivered by no later than June 15, 2025. 4.4. Russell County 1000 Ton of AS-1 shall be delivered to the KDOT yard (3341) in Russell in Russell County. The yard location is approximately 1 mile north of I70/U 281 Junction in Russell. All material shall be delivered by no later than June 15, 2025. 4.5. Cheyenne County 500 Ton of AS-1 shall be delivered to the KDOT storage location (3212) at the US-36/K-161 junction in Bird City in Cheyenne County. 4.6. Decatur County 500 Ton of AS-1 shall be delivered to the KDOT yard (3224) near Oberlin in Decatur County. The yard location is approximately 2.0 miles West of US 36/US 83 Junction in Oberlin.
