This project involves removing and installing doors, wall construction, low voltage wiring for card readers, and window installation at a correctional facility. • 110 – new door separating admin hall. o Card reader o Contractor responsible for pathway for card reader. Archway Technologies will set the card reader and access controls • 110 – Window • 117/118 Corridor wall & door o Addendum #1 moves the corridor wall & new door West of the 117 door. • 117 – Move door to new location • 118 - Move door to new location • 123 – Remove wall o This wall may have plumbing that from the floor that will need to be moved and capped. Please bid per the drawings – if there is plumbing that needs to be capped, it would be a change order to the contract.
