The purpose of the Request for Proposals is to solicit and select a Roofing Contractor to seal and coat the damaged roof at the Dodge City Hall Office. 1. The contractor must tighten and/or add fasteners in necessary location 2. The existing roof must be cleaned thoroughly to provide proper adhesion. 3. All seams, fasteners, laps, and penetrations must be sealed. 4. The Contractor must provide a minimum of 10 yr Material warranty from the contractor or by the manufacturer. 5. The contractor must provide a 3-year Labor warranty at minimum. 6. Hours of operation must be approved by the Dodge City Development Services Department. 7. All licenses and insurance must be approved by the Dodge City Development Services Dept. 8. Any alternatives shall be presented to the Director of Construction and Facilities. If they are accepted an addendum will be sent to all registered bidders. 9. The project must be completed by May 31st, 2026. This allows for adequate weather and temperatures for proper adhesion
