The purpose of this project is to construct Infrastructure Improvements in this housing development. Furnish all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant; to perform all necessary labor and supervision, and to construct, install, erect, equip, and complete all work; The Contractor shall coordinate his activities with those of the power, telephone, gas, cable television, water and sanitary sewer utilities. In addition, the location of the telephone, natural gas, water, sewer, and cable TV lines shall be verified prior to construction. Traffic control shall be provided and maintained until the work is complete. All traffic control devices shall comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Flashing lights shall be provided on barricades located on the driving surface. After completion of the various phases of this project, or within two (2) weeks of no work being performed in an area, the Contractor shall perform seeding of all disturbed areas.
