Specifications include, but are not limited to: Claims Administration 4.1.1.2 Contractor shall file necessary authorizations and address changes, if applicable, with IWD and obtain employee pay and separation data from the State for the preceding five (5) quarters. These steps shall be completed prior to the effective date of the Contract. 4.1.1.3 Contractor shall maintain payroll and separation data on State employees and agree to receive, on a bi-weekly basis, a secure electronic file containing a listing of employee wages and employment data. Contractor shall store the data by electronic means and have the capability of retrieving payroll and separation data in a secure electronic format on a biweekly basis to meet the claims processing requirements and time limits established by IWD.
