Fixed Cameras provide and install fixed indoor Axis or equivalent cameras and mounting brackets Camera shall include a vandal-resistant enclosure. Shall have the ability to be powered over standard CAT6 cabling. Shall be fully compliant with IEEE 802.3AF Progressive scan CCD required. Up to 30 frames per second in all available resolutions. Motion detection shall be built in, with pre and post buffering in hardware. Camera shall include built in security to deter non-authorized persons from accessing the camera’s feature set or image stream. Camera should include motion or scheduled event ability to trigger communication with the server for recording or alerting personnel. Fixed cameras will have varifocal lenses Camera/monitor combination units will need to store images in the manner as other cameras. Maintenance Provide a 3-year warranty and 3-year support agreement for the maintenance of the security camera system Records of maintenance shall be provided and include, location, frequency, description of maintenance performed on cameras, servers and software Annual service will be required including cleaning of lens, dome inside/out, manual back focus and software focus, identify dome replacement, etc. All replacement parts will be new unless otherwise specified Milestone Care Premium is preferred Cabling Cabling outside of the camera enclosure or other camera components is outside the scope of this contract. Power, data, and low-voltage cabling will be coordinated with existing university specified personnel or contractors. Cabling will be installed by others. Proposals should include means to connect cameras to a LAN jack at the camera location
