Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Postal and Parcel Services mails approximately 2,500 first-class pieces per day (Monday through Friday).B. For Printing Services Department, the biggest single mailing is from Accounts Receivable, which mails monthly. Itranges from 5,000 to 10,000 first-class pieces per month. Based on past experience, it qualifies 85-86% at 11-digitand 13-14% as upgradeable. Printing Services has a mailing for Admissions each year that includes approximately30,000 pieces. Other mailings vary in quantity and are dependent on customer needs. C. Office of Admissions requires their 6"x9" mailers and #10 letters be picked up and mailed non-profit standardand they have 9"x12" flats that are mailed first-class. The quantities of mailing varies depending on time of yearwith the highest volume being 1,200 - 1,500 for non-profit mail and 1,000-1,500 for first class during a busy week.D. Affiliates of the university, such as the Alumni Association and ISU Foundation, may also elect to use thiscontract.
