Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful Bidder must provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the removal and replace all existing electrical wire, conduit, switches, panels, etc. that were affected by the March 2019 flood. A total of 600-amp service is needed to permanently restore electrical services to the Maintenance facility site. The Contractor will be responsible to run the electrical service from the main electrical hub and trench underground to the maintenance garage a new 400-amp service and install a new 400-amp electrical panel and breakers to be located on the second floor. The Contractor will locate the existing conduit lines and trench underground from the maintenance garage to the cold storage building and pull electrical from the maintenance garage to the cold storage building based on pre-bid site visit. A 200-amp service is to be trenched underground to the brine building where installation of a new panel and outlets, junction boxes, switch boxes are needed to upgrade the interior electrical service to accommodate brine pumps and other devices as shown during the pre-bid site visit. Contractor to demo all electrical and abandon service to the 300 ton wooden shed.
