Specifications include, but are not limited to: highly qualified Supplier to provide Sushi Bar services at two locations on the University campus; one at the Union Station at the Iowa Memorial Union and one at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Compass Express; Supplier shall anticipate and resolve service problems immediately. Supplier shall immediately resolve, without expense to or intervention of University, all customer complaints received by Supplier with respect to its Sushi Bar operations. Any disagreement, which cannot be resolved between Supplier and customer, shall be referred to the University Representative, whose decision will be final. Signage will be posted which indicates to the customer the University Representative to whom they may refer unresolved issues.
