Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Vendor understands that agencies require both milk and other dairy products may have the same supplier. 3.2 Vendor understands that Fluid milk prices will change in accordance with the market but other dairy products will have a fixed price throughout the contract. 3.3 Vendor understands that the State or its Agencies may request invoicing and other documentation in order to facilitate an audit to ensure the state is receiving pricing in accordance with the contract. 3.4 Vendor is submitting a bid that is FOB Destination where all transportation cost is included in the unit price of the items. 3.5 All dairy products will be delivered to the agencies with containers intact and clean. 3.6 Dairy crates used to carry products will not have any other material other than plastic. For example metal bands around the top of crates. 3.7 Freight that doesn't meet our specifications will be refused. Freight with damaged containers or leakers will be refused. If there is damaged container in the middle of the pallet, these containers will be set aside and credit will be issued or the whole load may be refused and you will be expected to pick it up at your expense. 3.8 Trailers must be insulated and clean. 3.9 A constant problem with a product will be removed and may not be accepted again.
