Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide ad hoc consulting/advisory services on regulatory, coding/billing, compliance, Medicare IPPS/OPPS (inpatient/outpatient prospective payment systems), reimbursement, case management, utilization review, clinical documentation improvement, and other similar topics; 2. Related to item 1, UIHC desires the ability to send questions to a Supplier expert who can respond within 24- 48 hours, with guidance and recommendations with citations from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (hereafter "CMS") and other regulatory agencies supporting the feedback; 3. Provide reference materials citing CMS and other regulatory agencies supporting the consulting and advisory services outlined in items 1 and 2, above; 4. Provide a monthly report outlining upcoming regulation changes and hot topics, customized to industry changes affecting UIHC; 5. Provide training and educational opportunities on the topics referenced in items 1 and 2, above. These opportunities should be offered in a multitude of forums including: webinars, regional or national conferences, conference calls, on-site training/boot camps, published articles or white papers, newsletters, online courses, etc.; 6. Provide a secure online portal for which information being provided to UIHC would be stored and be accessible on-demand; 7. No restrictions on the number of users who have access to the info being requested above.
