Specifications include, but are not limited to: General flood resiliency work which includes installation of sump pumps and related concrete work, furnaces, plumbing, roof replacement, and gutters. 01 Install a Panasonic exhaust fan with a three‐speed DC fan ((50,80,110), or variable speed) or approved equal, and vent to the exterior of the house with solid insulated pipe. Install with a humidity sensor (extra from manufacture). Install on lowest speed or as needed for the size of the house. Install at a central location and exhaust out the right side of the house. Install to manufactures installation requirements. 02 Install a 4” tile from the rear of the basement to discharge into the sump jar, install a floor drain in the low spot. Use the line sawed in the concrete floor for guidance. 03 Clean the right basement wall of loose dust and other material. Tuck point right foundation wall floor to ceiling the entire length of the wall. Mortar is to match historic mortar in color, texture and strength in accordance with NPS Preservation Brief #2. Portland cement‐ based mortars are not acceptable.
