Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 – Topographic and Tile Survey This phase of the project includes acquiring all of the field information necessary to complete the design for closing the ADWs and creating wetlands. The conceptual plan provided has been determined from LIDAR derived topographic information. Digital copies of the conceptual plan can be made available to the consultant for their use in GIS and/or AutoCAD software. The Consultant shall obtain sufficient field information to develop a topographic drawing of the areas impacted by wetlands and surrounding area drawn with one-foot contours. As a minimum, survey information should be obtained to develop a topographic map of the entire easement areas shown on the conceptual plan. Additional minimum survey information required includes elevation and locations of incoming tile, adjacent roadways and culverts, and any other features that could impact the design, including fence lines, property corners, or section corners. Sufficient data should be collected during this phase to maximize the cost efficiency of later easement boundary surveys.
