Specifications include, but are not limited to: Building owners, building managers, or
developers from which to lease an office facility ranging from 4,500 to 5,000 Rentable Square Feet located in Dallas County
market and be specifically within the following geographical boundaries; North to Hwy 6 , South to I-80, East to Grand
Prairie Parkway, West to N Avenue or within the city limits of Adel. The facility will house approximately eight (8) staff.
