Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Construction and Closeout Phase Services Only a) Site Utilities – Includes site conduit connecting buildings and associated pull boxes, running new fiber optic cabling to all buildings, migration of existing communication systems to new wiring, site water mains, water services to all decentralized buildings, site improvements removal and replacement, site natural gas mains, natural gas services to all decentralization buildings, and temporary tunnel shoring as required to accommodate construction. 2) Design, Bid, Construction and Closeout Phase Services a) Man Down System - Includes relocation of existing man down system hardware out of tunnels and migration of system connectivity to new fiber cabling out of the tunnels. b) Building Decentralization - Includes mechanical decentralization and fire alarm system replacement for the following buildings: i) Canteen/Laundry ii) General Supply iii) Kitchen
