Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will complete an upgrade of the current dictation system at the Cherokee Mental Health Institute (MHI). This will involve upgrades of the existing software application, migration of documents, staff training, and on-going maintenance and support. Specifically, the replacement system must be compatible with existing systems and be able to run on a local area network Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 64 bit client workstations. The upgrade must also be compatible with the Dictaphone Full Enterprise Build 8.3 software, transcription processing, document print routing, document viewing and retrieval, and have voice/text integration. Replacement software must allow for up to 10 full time transcriptionists, Stedman’s Plus Spellchecker, Quick Look E-Drug, Medical dictionary, Microsoft Office and Word 2016, the ability to control voice software with USB foot control, and document integration with a voice system through the existing telephone system. The system must allow the ability to view and retrieve over 200,000 documents that are currently stored in older software versions prior to MS Word 2016. The upgrade shall allow physicians, pharmacy, social work and nursing staff to view all documents transcribed by the medical records department and include the training of all relevant staff and end users. Work will begin on August 15, 2020 and all Contract Deliverables (upgrades of existing software, migration of documents, and training) must be completed by September 15, 2020.
