Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove the existing vent fan that is not functional and install new fan in the same location. Vent
out the right side through a box end.
The fence is to be kept and reinstalled with the new concrete sidewalks.
Install perimeter drain along the left wall from front to back. Remove the flooring along the wall, remove the soil
to about 12 inches deep and install 3-inch perforated socked drain tile to be discharged in to the new sump jar. Fill
area around the tile with clean gravel, install dimple/drain board, cover with concrete.
Replace the rear patio between the house and the garage. Slope the patio away from the house. Cut to quarter
depth of patio into equal squares. Install a trench drain between the patio and the side of the garage. Discharge in
the yard on the right side of the garage. Remove the fence and save to reinstall.
