Specifications include, but are not limited to: Auctioneer will make available two staff members to assist with pre‐sale set‐up for at least two days in
the week prior to the auction and shall coordinate with the Project Manager to determine how to organize
the items. City staff will assist the Auctioneer in moving all items to the designated location for the
auction. The Auctioneer will provide all required personnel on the day of the auction. City staff will be on‐site but
will not assist with moving or loading any of the sale items. Auctioneer will provide all marketing materials to the Project Manager for approval prior to printing. A
list of sites and locations for marketing shall also be provided. Photos of auction items shall be included
in the marketing materials. The City will reimburse the Auctioneer for all marketing materials at cost (no
mark‐up). Receipts must be provided to the Project Manager.
