Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.0 The Consultant shall meet with staff to do a space assessment concept plan and review out comes with key City Management Staff. 4.1.1 The Consultant shall identify one person to serve as the Project Manager for this project. The Project Manager shall be the leader of this effort and is expected to ensure that the project scope, schedule and Total Project Cost (TPC) budget are always being monitored and adhered to during the design and construction of the project. One of the Project Manager's prime responsibilities is to track and facilitate solutions for any issues that may arise during the design and construction phases. Additionally, the Project Manager shall serve as the primary point of contact for all exchange of information between the City and the Consultant. 4.1.2 The Project Manager shall maintain an updated, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/task outline for the duration of the design and construction phases.
