Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services required under this contract include but may not be limited to the following activities and requirements. 1. Support project management of GIS related projects a. Coordinate, track and communicate project timelines using the Department’s Azure DevOps tool. If additional project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Azure DevOps ) are used by the consultant team, access will be provided to the Iowa DOT GIS Program Manager and IT division, Highway Support Bureau staff. b. Gather GIS project requirements 2. Attend bi-weekly sprint and project meetings as required 3. Support management of ESRI SDE warehouses 4. Provide development support of ArcGIS Online applications and assistance in deploying or using these applications as requested by the GIS program manager 5. Provide development and maintenance support of VertiGIS Studio products the Department has access to that allow for custom reports and workflows 6. Provide development and maintenance support of FME Server and workflows 7. Provide support with ArcGIS Enterprise Infrastructure including existing or future GIS technology deployments (e.g., Portal, Enterprise Server, Image Server, GeoEvent Server) 8. Assist in the creation and maintenance of complex map documents 9. Assist in developing and enforcing best practices for publishing ESRI REST end points, ArcGIS online maps, and VertiGIS site development 10. Perform other related activities as requested by the Iowa DOT
