Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Respondent should have extensive experience in branding and marketing related to agriculture/crops in the State of Iowa. Work with IDALS to create a 30-second radio spot targeted to Iowa farmers and rural landowners. The PSA should inform farmers and rural landowners about the grant money available to help fund water quality projects and conservation practices. Ability to record radio spots via professional production services (provide an example of at least one produced radio spot utilized for similar client/industry). Provide a summary of which stations will air the PSA, the frequency and total number of spots that will air, and the estimated audience reach of the campaign. The radio schedule must include a mix of talk radio and farm broadcast stations and should collectively reach the entire state of Iowa.
