4.1.1 Furnish all supervision, sufficient labor, fuel, materials, equipment, employee safety training, supplies, insurance and other resources to perform charter bus service as specified in this request for proposal. 4.1.2 Vehicle Specifications. Each vehicle shall have the following properly functioning features: • Tinted windows • Clean and sanitary restroom • Overhead interior and exterior storage • Lighting controls above seats • PA system with ability to play radio, CDs, etc. • Heating/Air conditioning • Wi-Fi • 110 volt outlets • DriveCam • GPS 4.1.3 Vehicle Quality. Each vehicle used to service this contract shall: • be clean, orderly and in excellent overall condition - all floor areas vacuumed, swept and dirt free - storage areas clean and free of debris - bus bodies, as much as possible, be free of dents, scratches or cracked windows - bus bodies will be clean and windows washed (except in inclement weather) • be ten (10) years old or newer • be properly maintained and undergo regular preventative maintenance
