4.1 Demolition ● Bidder shall remove all existing crushed rock, gravel and landscape fabric. ● Bidder shall remove from site the benches made from dimensional lumber. ● Bidder shall remove from site the pavers that are installed and the pavers that are stacked in the area. ● Bidder shall be aware that various items will remain in the space and will need to be worked around, this includes the planting beds, 1 boulder and a few 4x4 posts/signs. See Attachment A - Brookview Pollinator Garden Map and Photos for photos. ● The 4x4 post that has the bird houses on, needs to be reset and plumbed. 4.2 Grading/Landscaping ● Bidder shall ensure the grade is sloping away from the building and prep grade appropriately ● Install weed barrier fabric. ● Install buckskin crushed rock (matching the adjacent outdoor classroom.) Crushed rock should be compacted appropriately.
