The Waukee CSD is seeking a quote for Band Instruments for a grant providing increased access to student access to band instruments. 4.1 All Instruments shall be new and unused. 4.2 See attachment A - RFQ WCSD-25-006 Waukee CSD Band Instrument Pricing List for list and quantity of all instruments. 4.3 Payment Terms Payment will be made in full within (30) days after delivery of product is completed. 4.4 Shipping Terms FOB Destination, Freight Pre-Paid. 4.5 Tax Exemption The Waukee CSD is a tax exempt agency. Tax exemption certificates will be provided upon request. 4.6 The Waukee CSD reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, waive irregularities or technicalities in any quote or to seek clarification upon responses received, which it deems to be in its best interest. 4.7 This Request for Quote shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Dallas County, Iowa. Wherever differences exist between Federal and State statutes or regulations affecting this procurement, interpretation shall be in the direction of that which is most beneficial to the interests of the Waukee CSD.Selection criteria will be based on many factors, including but not limited to price, inclusions/exclusions, contract terms, service levels, etc.
