Equipment ● The Contractor shall provide all equipment and ensure it is in proper working order. ● The Contractor shall maintain all containers in good working condition and ensure that they are free of unpleasant odors and unsightly damage to their exterior surfaces. ● A list of containers currently used is included in Attachment #1. Bidder is responsible for confirming the correct size and number of containers. 4.2 Collection and Disposal ● All waste and recyclable materials collected and removed by the Contractor shall be contained, tied, or enclosed to prevent leaking, spilling, or blowing during transport. ● All waste and recycling collected and removed by the Contractor shall be disposed of at an authorized licensed disposal site. ● The recycling material shall be collected in a single stream/commingled method. Disposal shall be in accordance with existing local, state, and federal regulations.
