Specifications include, but are not limited to: The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: The Walnut Creek Floodgates Repair includes the furnishing of labor and materials for the repairs to the flood protection structures. The repairs consist of surface preparation and painting to all painted steel elements, the drilling of drain holes, partial removal and replacement of the steel deck floodgates, the removal and replacement of the overhead gate rubber seals, along with traffic control, miscellaneous maintenance items, and adjustments. Some of the work shown on the construction documents will be performed by the City and is shown for reference only.
