Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.2.1Media Plan Respondent shall propose their media plan for the primary election campaign which meets the requirements of Section 4.1 of the Scope of Work. The plan shall explain how existing advertising media will be used and include a detailed ad schedule for the duration of the campaign. Respondent shall explain their strategy to reach different demographics, reaching the target audiences mentioned in Section 4.1.1 of the Scope of Work. Explain how social media will be used, which social media sites will be utilized and managed. How will online digital marketing be utilized?
5.2.2Ad Development Respondent shall describe their ability to develop ads using the graphics provided by the Agency. Explain the approach used to develop different ads for different demographics.
5.2.3Media Buy Respondent shall describe their execution of the media plan which includes placement, optimization, cancellations and auditing. Respondent shall explain their ability to fully broker with stations and agencies for earned and paid advertising.
