The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials required to remove the existing Continuum master controller, computer, and local Legacy controllers and upgrade the local controllers to new EBO IP based controllers on the existing EBO system at Veterans Memorial Stadium, 950 Rockford Rd. SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404. 2.2 Contractor shall provide and install 52 new local IP controllers, including new CAT 5E communication cable connecting from the existing EBO master controller to the new local IP controllers.
