Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University is seeking an agency who specializes in trauma registry work and has experienced (at least 5 years) trauma registrars that can accurately abstract, code and enter data on trauma patients, including 300-500 over the next 3-9 months. The registrars must be able to work remotely and communicate on a regular basis with the University Trauma Program Manager and Lead Registrar. The registrars need to meet or exceed a productivity standard of 5 charts/day with 95% accuracy using V5 software by Digital Innovations. Registrars must have successfully completed the American Trauma Society’s Trauma Registrar Course or equivalent and the Association of the Advancement of Automotive Medicine’s Injury Scaling Course and be very familiar with NTDS and TQIP standards/definitions/updates.
