Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Iowa Department of Economic Development(IDED) is seeking proposals frombidders to provide on-site technical/professional assistance to targeted smallbusinesses. The servicesprovided by providers shall extend to all areas of business management in itspractical applications, including, but not limited to accounting, engineering,drafting, grant writing, obtaining financing, locating bond markets, marketanalysis, and projections of profit and loss.�The advice and services may be accomplished by use of department staff,or department contracted professional services.�No fewer than four business advocate service providers will be selected,each to serve a specific geographic area.
